3rd Call This Weekend
We just got cancelled from our 3rd call this weekend. This time we nearly made it to the command post at Schoepe Scout Reservation. SD located the hiker by air, so they cancelled the folks enroute.
On the way out we did roll up on a nasty motorcycle accident on Hwy 78 outside of Ramona 4 mi west of 79. A SAR unit and two fire engines were already on scene and looked like they had it under control.
I wonder if this holiday weekend is actually over yet…
