A Night in Needles
When we arrived at the intersection of hwy 95 and I-40 we called the CP and we were told to head into the Days Inn in Needles for the night. They weren’t sending any teams in the field this evening, but would start 0600 the following morning. This means we are scheduled to wake up at 0330 tomorrow to get time to eat and get out to the search area. Evidently the CP is about an hour and a half away over a slow dirt road. It is HOT out here.
